This product includes:

A "study buddy" that aligns with Unit 5: Lessons 1-5, 6-10, and 11-15 of the 2nd Edition 4th Grade CKLA curriculum.

This would be a great resource to send home on a weekly basis so that parents can provide additional support and feel just as involved as the students!

Note: Each page of this product covers five lessons at a time. There are a total of three study buddies included in this product.

• Some of the "Helpful Hints" include notes that help reinforce some of the domain specific vocabulary (types of rocks, volcanoes, etc.) in addition to the grammar and writing concepts that are covered in the lesson objectives.

Each "study buddy" includes:

• The essential question for each group of five lessons.
• Reading objectives for individual lessons
• Core vocabulary words for each lesson
• A "study challenge" to help students integrate the core vocabulary words with the lesson objectives
• Helpful notes to reinforce each learning target, particularly the grammar and writing concepts
