This digital resource is perfect for distance learning in a Google Classroom. You can assign to individuals or all of your students for reinforcing or reviewing the concepts taught in Engage NY Grade 1 Module 4. Module 4 focuses on Place Value, Comparison, Addition and Subtraction to 40. This resource is made in Google Slides and works on ipads, desktops, and Chromebooks. This is perfect for a Google Classroom. Although this resource supplements the Engage NY program, it can be used for any 1st grade math program. This resource is aligned to Common Core Standards for 1st grade math students. These task cards can be used during Guided Math, AIS math, homework, or independent practice, or distance learning. They are also great for whole group instruction using a Smartboard as review before the End of Module Test. These task cards are engaging and students will love to complete them!

20 Task Cards are provided in a digital format which can be used for Google Classroom, Schoology, or Seesaw or can be printed like traditional task cards. Two formats of these cards are provided for you, a traditional task card set and a self checking task card set. The same questions are provided in both formats.

• The self checking format allows the students to solve the problem, then click on their answer choice and immediately see the correct response. If they choose the incorrect answer they will need to try again.

• The traditional task cards can be used using the recording sheets provided or, the students can type in the box on the bottom of the card. Answer sheets are provided.

The advantage of digital task cards is you can differentiate the learning to the needs

of individual students. Assign the cards the student needs to practice and eliminate the

cards they don’t. SO easy peasy!
