My checkpoints are mini formative assessments that help determine whether students are proficient or not in a specific area. There is a place at the top of each one to mark whether the student is proficient. There are also I can statements at the top of each one over the standard being covered. These checkpoints focus on the geometry concepts for fifth grade (but can be used above or below grade level). They are fully adaptable to your students. These are very similar to my Geometry Checkpoints Bundle for sixth grade, but cover less. I have included checkpoints covering the common core as well as other geometry concepts that relate to the common core (background knowledge). These checkpoints cover the range of topics: geometry vocab, angles, area, perimeter, surface area, volume, 2D and 3D shapes, circles, and nets.This bundle includes 6 different checkpoints.
