So I bought this bundle on August 21 for $91. Have used from this seller and love the quality of the product. I splurged because I was changing grade levels this year and wanted a resource to supplement math learning. I was redeeming each topic as it came along through Boom Cards and it was going well. However, I then noticed I wasn't able to start redeeming and I guess Boom Cards did email me about a dispute the seller opened but it went to my junk mail so I was unable to respond in time to state that it was in fact me trying to redeem all these boom cards and I was using the same order ID# because it was the bundle. Now I cannot redeem any of them on Boom Cards from this seller and I'm out $93!! I really hope the seller will see this and help resolve the issue because I really do love the cards and want to use. It is extremely frustrating. I'd perhaps recommend buying all future cards through the actual Boom Cards platform to help with this issue....Some help from the seller would be great!
