This is a collection of all math assessments for the common core standards 5.NF.1, 5.NF.2, 5.NF.3, 5.NF.4, 5.NF.5, 5.NF.6, and 5.NF.7. It includes a practice sheet with clues on how to solve the problems and an assessment sheet to test the students' knowledge of each particular standard. I use the practice sheet as a guided practice worksheet with my whole class. I then use the assessment sheet as the assessment the each individual child. The pages include the standard number and the I can statement to go along with it.
