Description
These are sheets that are aligned with the fifth grade common core standards for math and are used to check proficiency. They are separated into how I split my math units, but are completely customizable. They include the common core math standards for 5th grade as well as some of the old Ohio math standards (for our crosswalk). These can be taken off if needed. They are over everything except the fractions unit is not listed yet. Each standard is put into a kid friendly I can statement and has a place to mark the date the student has mastered it and a place to color if they have mastered it. So, at a quick glance you can see who you have to intervene with. I fill these out after each test, so I can see who I need to conference and intervene with.
