About the 5th Grade Digital Math Practice

**These are set up as pre-designed Google Forms.

**The math practice questions are all multiple choice for instant self-grading.

**Each digital math practice form includes 10 questions. The questions are varying levels of difficulty to provide a well-rounded practice for your students. THESE ARE NOT STRAIGHT COMPUTATION OR ALL LOWER LEVEL QUESTIONS.

**The questions are designed for practice after a student has reached a level of mastery for independent practice. They are NOT designed to teach the math skills.

**You can use these Google Forms with any platform that allows you to post a link to your students. Click here to read more about assigning Google Forms.

**The Google Forms are set up for self-grading and you will be able to download a spreadsheet to analyze the results. Click here to read more about viewing and analyzing results.

What About Students Who Struggle?

The digital math practice activities are rigorous and designed for meaningful grade level practice.

Here are some tips to support your students who struggle:

1. Make a copy of the form. Modify the copy for those students by removing difficult questions OR removing a choices so they have fewer to choose from.

2. Embed videos or images of anchor charts or posters to remind them of how to complete each skill. You can do this by inserting a new question and linking to the support.

If a substantial number of your students struggle with math, consider purchasing the 4th grade set instead (which can be found by clicking here) if you are wanting truly independent practice.

These digital math practice activities could be used for math centers, distance learning math practice, digital homework, digital math practice, and more!
