Use this partner game to teach students what fraction of a gallon is filled up when 1/2 gallons, quarts, pints, and cups are added in different combinations. Students spin the spinner to see which piece they should add to their gallon. The partner that fills up their gallon first is the winner!

Use this fraction game to teach students about fraction equivalency, and the relationship between the denominator and the size of the piece, with the fun and addicting game! Whoever covers up their 1-whole fraction strip first is the winner!

Use these task cards to target skills in a small group setting, play scoot in a whole group setting, or have teams work cooperatively to solve different sets of cards.

To play scoot, put one card on each students' desk. Give students a specified amount of time to solve their problem. When time is up, have students scoot over to solve the problem on their neighbor's desk. Keep scooting until the class has finished all 32 problems! :)

Fractions-Number Line
