Description

Student Data Tracking Sheets categorized in units based off of the Lead4wardTEKS Snapshot. IXL Codes are included for TEK. These are great for reteaching or intervention after assessing a unit, but can also be used to practice TEKS.

Instructions for using AFTER a test:

*On the First Sheet-

-Change the Question numbers to reflect the questions that were over that tek.

-Color code (or have student color code) the question number according to whether they got the question wrong or right.

-Color the columns on the right according the what percentage of that TEK the student got correct.

-The student's can then focus on practicing only the TEKS that are coded red/yellow.

*On the Second Sheet-

-The can color code the TEKS according to how their percentages were colored from the first page. -The student's can then focus on practicing only the TEKS that are coded red/yellow.

-They can use those IXL codes to practice and document their score from IXL.

-The sheet is set up to write their score after every 10 questions that they complete.

-You can change your goal, but I normally set 70% before being able to move on, and 85% for any advanced students.

Instructions for using just for practice :

-You won't need the first sheet, only the second sheet for the unit.
