About the 5th Grade Math Games
- This resource includes 37 one-page game boards for the 5th grade math standards.
- The game boards are black and white only and would look great printed on colored card stock.
- To play, the students need one dice and some pawns or other manipulatives to move around the board.
- As they land on different spaces, they answer questions to be able to stay on the spot. I left the directions general, but you could have them move back to their original spot if they don’t get the answer right.
****Note: The gameboards are all the same.
The majority of the game boards contain answer keys, with the exception of the ones that are specified on the table of contents. The ones that do not contain answer keys were due to the nature of the game.
I have also included a cube that could be used in place of a dice. Since each game contains 20 questions, you may want the students to move across the board at a slower pace, answering more questions before they finish. In that case, use the cube found on page 5. The cube is labeled with only 1s, 2s, and 3s, so the students move more slowly across the board with that cube.
