⭐️ 5th Grade Math Intervention Bundle:

This comprehensive intervention resource encourages basic skills practice for all of the major 5th Grade Math Standards. The activities included are not designed for higher level learners, allowing for students to focus on the process rather than thinking their way through complicated scenarios. The intervention units align with the units in my 5th Grade Math Curriculum.

It is editable and customizable! You have the ability to customize notes and practice problems to fit the needs of their math intervention students.

✅ Each skill comes with the following resources:

• Tracking Sheet – Record the dates and scores for each  activity as well as the entire unit.
• Pre and Post Assessments per skill cluster – A simple pre and post assessment is included for each 5th grade math skill cluster.
• Scaffolded Notes – Notes have been broken down for students to fill in the details. Since this will not be the first time students have seen the information, these notes will not be as detailed as introductory notes.
• Review Sheet – A quick review, student input section and problems intended to be used as guided practice.
• Practice Worksheet – Use as independent or partner practice.
• Extra Practice Worksheet – An additional page of practice for each skill.
• Error Analysis – Each problem is solved incorrectly. Students identify the error(s) and then solve correctly.
• Google Forms - Multiple choice and multi-select versions of the pre-assessments and post-assessments are included in self-grading forms.

Suggestions for Use:

❤️ Keep this 5th grade math intervention resource printed in a binder in your classroom. Intervention teachers, assistants, volunteers, etc. can easily access it and apply math intervention techniques with a small group of students on a set of skills designated by you, the educator. Worksheets can be completed as printed sheets, or placed in sheet protectors and given to students for re-usable, dry erase practice.
