This is currently a 16 page document that is designed to be used as a daily or weekly spiral review of Numbers and Operations-Fractions in 5th grade. This assessment is based on Common Core Standards in Numbers and Operations-Fractions Standards 1-3. I use this at the beginning of fractions and throughout the fraction unit as a spiral review of previously taught concepts.

Each worksheet has a central fraction that is used to:
*Draw a model of a fraction
*Write an equivalent fraction
*Identify numerator and denominator
*Write the fraction in simplest form
*Compare fractions based on greater than or less than
*Add and subtract fractions
There is also a blank worksheet included if you would like to create more on your own. This document can be used as homework, morning work, additional practice, center work, or however you see fit! There is not an answer key provided- that is how I am able to sell for a lower price.
