Description

I created a packet of released test questions using the actual questions from previous state exams (2021, 2022, 2023, and 2025). This packet is focussing on the skill of multiplication and division.

Pages 1-3: First, I teach a mini- lesson on multiplication and division. Next, I model using the first problem. After, students complete the second problem with a partner or trio. Lastly, students complete the rest of the pages on their own. I collect and grade it.

Pages 4 and 5: Students practice for homework.

Other ideas:

Gallery Walk: Cut out each question and hang on the wall. Students will walk around the room with a partner or group to solve each question.

Quiz Quiz Trade: Cut out each question and give one per student. Students quiz each other with the card. They will show their work on a whiteboard. Then they switch cards and find a new classmate.

Task Cards: Cut out each question to create task cards.

I hope this resource is helpful to you!
