Directions:

• Open "50 Day Math Countdown Landing Page."
• Pick the appropriate Google Form Day. Use the Table of Contents in the Information file to locate the standard you need. Each link on the landing page opens a preview of the Google Form.
• Click "Use Template" in the upper right corner of your screen to open up your own copy.
• Select "Publish" to share with your students. When a dialogue box pops up, click on "Publish" again.
• Click “Copy” to generate a responder link to share with your students. Note: this is the link students need in order to answer the questions.
• Google Forms will automatically collect the data.
