I put this assessment together for my 5th graders. It covers a wide variety of the standards from 5th grade. It works great as an in class review or as partner work in class, giving students an opportunity to help each other. This year, however, I am going to use it as Spring Break homework. This will keep the students practicing during the break, and when they get back I will be able to see what areas we need to work on as a class before state testing.
