I have many checkpoints designed as a mini formative assessment to see if students are proficient in different areas. I have many posted already for fifth and sixth grade. This is a bundle that has checkpoints included for integers, coordinate grids, multiplication, division, decimal operations, GCF/LCM, rational numbers, absolute value, and prime numbers/prime factorization. Each checkpoint has I can statements at the top aligned to the common core, as well as a place to mark whether a student is proficient or nonproficient.
