Description

Are you looking for a way to have everything in one place? This bundle of grade 6resources can do just that for you. They include reflective math journals, inquiry activities, warm-ups, guided math lessons, and math centres (engaging dice and card games that require minimal prep from you). Report comments, marking sheets, anecdotal pages and teaching slides are all a part of this resource. As well, by the end of August this package will include my new number of the week activity!

Complete daily lessons are part of this curriculum. The unit is designed to be both printable and digital so that you can pivot easily and with no stress. If you want a way to implement math talks, practice questions, differentiation big projects and fun activities into your math class this is for you! My daily work often reflects the knowledge and application focus, while the bigger projects represent more thinking and communication.

If you want to see the structure and how my math 360 units work please check out this video

I have also created a video on getting started with your math 360 units so you can use them quickly and easily.

The activities are a very healthy mix of hands-on activities and practice pages. Each lesson will begin with a minds-on activity reviewing a strand of math or a concept and then move into a lesson and practice portion. Many math gurus like Marian Small also ask students to be fluent in concepts prior to jumping into new learning. Some units will be entirely project-based open-ended math ideas that will incorporate various strands. Other's will focus on learning processes and then completing hands-on activities or practice pages. Real-world financial literacy and real-world math problems are introduced when students have learned the skills and can put multiple operations and processes into place.

I am always adding and improving resources so do check occasionally for updates please.

Organization:

All of the completed units with work and lessons are organized into Google drive folders. Rather than searching for each resource you need it's much easier to download just that folder that you need for the month. If you aren't seeing that when you download please take the following steps before you contact me (although I'm happy to hear from you).

First, you'll want to go to the Bundle product page itself:

From there, click the 'Add to Google Drive' button next to each individual resource included in the Bundle.

Next you’ll see a window pop-up, that asks which Google account you'd like to add the file to.

Select the appropriate account and follow the additional steps to complete that process. A confirmation message on the TpT resource page will appear once it’s been added, with a direct link to the resource in your Google Drive account.
