Are you looking for a way to help students be aware of and keep track of their assessment data?
This pack includes a page for every 6th Grade Common Core Math Standard. On these pages students can write in their own words what each standard means, which will allow for very clear objectives. Students may record self-assessment, quiz, and unit test scores. There also is a page for students to create a bar graph of their scores for each domain.
Also included is a goal sheet for students to create and plan individual goals.
This would be a great resource for parent teacher conferences or general parent communication.
