I am disappointed because in the comments it says this product was updated with rules and steps and it is not. All it includes is practice problems and answers. There is no step by step processes or feedback. I am disappointed with my purchase.

I added two pages and put them in the display pages. Hopefully this is what you want. Please let me know if it's not, and I'll revise, again. It is very important to me that I get you what you thought you paid for. If you need something else, let me know and I'm on it. Thanks for your honest feedback. If you look at the gradual release steps, there is a sentence which tells the teacher what to do with each step. Ie. I do is modeling, we do is a class example, together, they do is partner work, and you do is independent work. Are you looking for directions to tell the teacher how to divide? She is to show the kids what to do with the "I do" step. I can certainly add a page that shows the teacher's steps in dividing, if that is what you are after. I hate that you are disappointed. It looks like I did not understand what you two were after. What I can do is show a problem being worked out before the "I do" page to make it clearer. Would that work as to what you mean by rules?

Having the rules stated in the beginning would be helpful, but good resource for warm ups or partner work.
