I used this along side of IM's warm-ups. This resource is amazing! The big idea and guided notes really helped my students understand the content better. We did practice 1 together in whole group and practice 2 was independant work. I used a mix of this exit ticket with IM's cool down. Everything seemed to click better with my students once I combined this resource with IM. The organization along with the practice problems is what made such a positive difference. I will be purchasing the rest of the 6th grad curriculum and the transformation projects.

I have never taught or student taught a geometry unit until my first year of teaching. I had to do it quick before the state tests and these resources really helped me do it! I could not be more thankful I followed the pacing guide almost exactly it was truly amazing and I'm so glad I purchased this.

Woo! This resource is DEFINITELY aligned to standards :) Our current curriculum does not align very well with our standards for our geometry units, so I brought this in. It is definitely aligned and provided such a needed challenge for my students!

I am presently using this unit to help my students learn about Surface Area, which is a Grade 9 curricular outcome here in Manitoba. The first three lessons are review, while the remainder align with our outcomes. My students like how simple the notes are and we've set up our math notebooks just like Natalie has with hers. Students are being guided to use this book as a reference for tests and final assessment.

This product is straightforward and to the point which I appreciate. It has helped me teach the standard and has freed up more time for students to be able to explore more to deepen their understanding. My only complaint is that I was told assessments would be added by the end of August and I still don't see them.
