I used something similar to these last year that I found online and was able to edit to work for my classes.
This file is an editable Publisher document that includes notebook tabs for THE ENTIRE YEAR of 6th Grade Math... that's 10 Chapters! This is in the order that I teach all of the standards. Simply fold along the dotted line where the titles are, and tape or glue into notebooks so that the tab sticks out just enough to easily access each chapter. Print on different colors of paper, or add clip art, pictures, or anything else you like to make them your own.
There's also a column for students to keep track of their progress on quizzes and tests for each chapter. If you're curious about the bottom box for Test Corrections, see my store!!
