Solving Problems with Integers Lesson
This lesson teaches students how to apply their understanding of addition and subtraction of integers to solve problems according to the 7th Grade Common Core Math Standards.
Students will be introduced to several methods and strategies to approach the process of problem solving using integers
1. Understand the problem
2. Create a Plan
3. Follow Plan
4. Review and Check Answer
Students will practice solving these types of problems in various contexts using the process stated above. This lesson is part of our Number Systems Bundle, which includes 406+ pages and also our 7th Grade Year Long Curriculum.
