This playbook is a great tool to use when preparing your 7th graders to take their STAAR Math test. Each readiness standard is included in the book through a mixture of STAAR style questions, notes, and graphic organizers. The book is designed to pair with our 7th Grade 10-Day Warm-Ups (https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/10-Day-Math-STAAR-Warm-Ups-for-7th-Grade-5302908) over 10 supporting standards. Ideally, you would complete a warm-up with your students, do the pages in the book, and then have some independent/collaborative practice time over that standard(s).

- Similarity (p. 8)

- Rate of Change and Y-Intercept (p. 9 and 10)

- Equations and Inequalities (p. 11)

- Probability (p. 12)

- Circles (p. 13)

- Composite Figures (p. 14)

- Volume (p. 15 and 16)

- Data (p. 17 and 18)

The book is made up of half pages. Print the pages 2-sided with short-edge binding. Fold in half, organize by page number and staple down the middle.

This study guide works ideally with the Math word walls listed on our website, but may be used with any other set of word walls as well.
