Description
This bundle will provide you with fun grid drawing activities for any time of year! This bundle includes gridding sets for Halloween, Thanksgiving/Fall, Christmas, Winter, Valentine's Day, Spring, Easter, and End-of-Year/Summer! You save 40% off the list price by purchasing all 8 sets together in this bundle!
These grid method exercises have many uses:
- Quick and easy sub plans to last you all year
- Activities for fast-finisher students who have completed their other work early
- A pre-assessment or practice for grid method art lessons
- Just a fun seasonal drawing activity!
The grid method is a beneficial art technique that improves drawing accuracy. The method helps students focus on drawing only the shapes within each individual grid square, a technique that is often easier than trying to draw the entire subject all at the same time.
Each set includes 12 grid drawing worksheets with images that are perfect for that holiday or season:
- 4 pages are simple line images, great for grid method beginners in grades 3 and up.
- 4 pages are more detailed images with cross-hatching or stippling, great for providing more challenge for older students.
- 4 pages are black-and-white photographs, great for middle school or high school students practicing shading.
This bundle of 8 sets includes 96 total pages!
These activities require NO PREP - just print and go! And for a quick and easy festive classroom display, consider having students color or shade in their drawings, cut them out, and paste them onto half a sheet of season-themed construction paper!
