Description

Save time in organizing student test scores! This spreadsheet is set up so that all you have to do is enter student names and their scores from the 7th Grade AIR Assessment for Mathematics.

Upon entering the score in the appropriate column, the student level will appear (Limited, Basic, Proficient, Accelerated, or Advanced). The spreadsheet will also display the student's level for the 8th grade test (assuming that the student will earn the same score). The spreadsheet will also display how many more points a student must earn in order to "level up."

The scores for each level range are shown for Grades 5-8, as well as High School Math 1.

This spreadsheet was created with Microsoft Excel. If you do not have Microsoft Excel, then you may use an open source program (such as Libre Office). Please note that there may be some formatting differences when opening the spreadsheet with another program.

Open the file as Read-Only. Put in your data, and then save it under a name that describes your class.
