Description
This activity has been aligned with the Common Core. In this "error analysis" activity students will need to examine 8 "is it a function" questions and work to determine if errors were made. They must describe each error with complete sentences, using vocabulary discussed in class. Finally, the student must redo the incorrect questions by fixing the work and coming up with the correct answers. Using "error analysis" activities often leads to richer discussions with deeper thinking and understanding of the material. Students who can complete these activities show a true mastery of the topic. This resource can be used for homework, independent classwork, math centers, test prep, RTI, or even as a means of assessment.
Print and Digital Version included:
(2) PRINT versions - Two PDF files that you may PRINT. One in color and one in B&W.
DIGITAL version - made with Google Slides™. Students type their answers directly on the slides in the provided text boxes. This is perfect for GOOGLE Classroom™, remote learning, or distance learning.
