You are looking at a very large collection of 930 colorful and rigorous task cards that cover the entire breadth of all Common Core-Required skills in the 8th Grade These task cards are methodically written in order to prepare students to meet the learning goals of each particular standard in order to better prep them for testing.

Each of the 31 sets contained in this bundle are seamlessly differentiated into 3 different levels of rigor. The questions in each set "level up" in groups of 10 which allow students of all levels to build confidence in their skills before being challenged by more higher level thinking questions that are introduced later in the set.

There are 30 cards in each set. Cards #1-10 are the least difficult in the set and can be given to any students who might be struggling to gain confidence. Cards #11-20 are just slightly more challenging, while the last 10 questions require a bit more critical thinking.

METHODOLOGY BEHIND THE CARDS
Each task card was carefully formulated to ensure alignment to common core state standards. They are designed to meet documented student expectations for this 8th Grade. The questions can be used for guided practice or independent practice.

Furthermore, the questions on the cards have been patterned from problems that have historically been asked on standardized tests. Although there is no uniform test that is shared by all common core adhering states, we sampled many previously released tests to find repeating patterns in the types of questions that were asked for a particular standard.
