This teacher planner is organized by nine weeks. Each nine week section includes the nine-weeks at-a-glance, week-at-a-glance with a to-do list, pages for notes about content for the week and small groups, intervention planning sheets and nine gradebook sheets. (Nine week sections have ten weeks available in each for those who need the additional weeks to match their school calendars.)

The additional sections include pages for student information, individual student data collection, IEP/504 at-a-glance, seating charts, positive notes home tracker, how we get home, meeting notes, notes for next year, teacher passwords, classroom technology log, and assessment data logs.

This file is a Power Point file so pages can be edited, moved, and added. Upon download, it is set up for a self-contained teacher, but you can make it fit the subjects and classes that you teach, by deleting and adding pages.

This planner is meant for you to be able to have everything in one place to reference during planning and throughout the year.
