Description

This October/Halloween Spooky Sentence activity is a perfect writing activity for October! This resource is great for students learning, practicing, or reviewing subjects & predicates, noun-verb agreement, parts of speech, or simply practicing writing sentences. This activity can be used by students in Kindergarten through 3rd grade and is super versatile! Your download also includes both color and black & white versions! This resource includes:

  • 48 Subject Cards (24 singular, 24 plural)
  • 48 Predicate Cards (24 singular, 24 plural)
  • A variety of 10 Writing Sheet options

Directions:

Download and print the singular and/or plural subject and predicate cards. You may use both sets or just one. Cut out and laminate cards. Let your students/child create realistic or silly sentences using the subject and predicate cards and have them write (and color) their sentences on a tracking sheet.
