My teaching style is structured, supportive, and focused on helping students build confidence alongside academic skills. I believe struggling learners need clear expectations, scaffolded instruction, and opportunities to feel successful without being overwhelmed.
I focus heavily on breaking skills into manageable steps, teaching the “why” behind concepts, and creating low-stress learning environments where students feel safe to make mistakes and grow. I also believe intervention should be engaging, practical, and realistic for both teachers and students.
A big part of my approach is helping students learn how to think through problems, recognize where they are getting stuck, and develop independence over time — not just memorize procedures.
I’m passionate about creating systems and resources that make intervention more effective, organized, and accessible while still leaving room for creativity, flexibility, and student connection.
