ABC (Antecedal, Behavior, Consequence) Checklist tailored to a child care classroom. Track worrisome behaviors with this easy to use checklist. Documents what the child was doing prior to the behavior, the behavior observed, teacher strategies used during the behavior, the consequence of the behavior and the duration and intensity of the behavior. This checklist makes recording behaviors far less time consuming while still maintaining key details. Refer back to easily identify recurring behaviors and triggers, compare techniques and strategies used to help behaviors, as well as documentation for referrals or parent conferences.
