These Easy Readers are designed to be used with beginning readers. You can focus on reinforcing concepts of print (left to right, turning pages), letter-sound corresponding (by reading the beginning letter as the sound example: /a/ /a/ apple) and using pictures to help read unknown words within text.

This product includes 26 beginning sound readers with 3 pictures to help reinforce the each letter/sound (except for Ii and Uu, which only have 2). Xx has pictures that END with /x/, so you will have to teach that difference when introducing the Xx Easy Reader.
