Description
The inspiration from this product comes from a fellow educator and friend. She pointed out that we often teach kids to put associated items together but our students with language delays may not understand how or why they go together. This product is different from others because it provides a picture illustrating the associated items in context and then space to match the pictures.
Two versions of each set are provided--an initial set perfect for introducting associated items and a second set with blank sorting squares. The introductory set includes the big picture and the associated items all together where students can simply match the associated items to the pictures on the card. The second set has the big picture but requires students to match the picture cards to each other and the big picture independently. All materials are provided in color and black and white. Thirty picture sets are provided.
