Description

This bundle is a combination of four bundles (totaling 1,444 pages) designed to teach and assess the objectives in the four academic sections (reading, spelling, math, and writing) of the ABLLS-R Assessment and Curriculum. The ABLLS-R is a widely used assessment and skills tracking system for students with language delays. Many teachers and therapists who work with students on the autism spectrum find the ABLLS-R to be a valuable tool for assessing students and planning goals.

Unfortunately, the ABLLS-R does not come with materials to use in teaching and assessing. Teachers must find or make their own materials. That is why I designed this product to provide everything a teacher needs to help students reach their goals. Each product will save teachers hours of preparation time.

The description of each product is listed below. These materials can be used in small group or discrete trial instruction. The materials provided will be helpful to any teacher of students with language delays, not just teachers who use the ABLLS-R.

Q-Reading

This product features multiple activity pages for each of the 17 reading objectives in section Q of the ABLLS-R. It is designed to assess and practice a variety of reading objectives. Since the focus of the ABLLS-R is language development, most of these objectives provide a broad assessment rather than a step-by-step approach. You may need to adapt these materials to meet the needs of your students by cutting them apart for a more focused presentation. You could also laminate or put the pages into page protectors for repeated use.

R-Math

This product contains math activities designed to assess and practice the math objectives from the ABLLS-R. Each of the 29 objectives has one or more activities included. These materials would be helpful in discrete trial instruction or as practice to improve skill levels to mastery. This product now features Canadian coins too.

S-Writing

This product is designed to assess and practice the writing objectives from the ABLLS-R. I have created one or more activities for each objective. You can also save sheets as needed for work samples.

This product contains one or more printable activity pages for each objective in the writing section of the ABLLS-R. Even if you do not use the ABLLS-R, it contains materials great for beginning handwriting-coloring within the lines, tracing lines, tracing shapes, tracing letters and numbers, copying lines and shapes, copying letters and numbers, and printing letters and numbers without a model.

T-Spelling

This product contains spelling activities designed to assess and practice the spelling objectives from the ABLLS-R. Each of the 7 objectives has multiple activities included. These materials would be helpful in discrete trial instruction or as practice to improve skill levels to mastery.
