This product includes a 12-week plan for Reminiscence Therapy (RT) with additional supplemental documents. RT is a theoretical orientation specifically used in the older adult population to increase mood and improve typical cognitive decline that comes naturally with the aging process. Each session begins with an ice breaker, then psychoeducation about the topic for the day, as well as a discussion prompt to get the group reminiscing!
