AITSL Lesson Observation Form - COLOUR
Observing other teachers while they teach is a highly valuable learning experience that allows teachers to reflect on their lessons in order to ultimately strengthen their repertoire. Providing valuable and effective feedback is made easier by using this practical lesson observation form. The colour form covers the 7 AITSL Standards with simple prompts to allow you to take notes as you observe your colleague. Also, these forms make a great addition to your portfolio as they demonstrate which standards you are effectively ticking off and which ones need to be prioritised. Through using this template a constructive feedback/reflection conversation is enabled to occur between two teachers.
