Thank you for purchasing this unit on TPT. This was a unit designed specifically for asynchronous online learning, but it can easily be adapted to in-person learning. It asks students to refer to the AP Daily videos. I always assign the Unit progress check at the end of every unit. I recommend doing that to help you and your students track their progress on the AP Literature Essential Skills and Big Ideas.
Because this is an asynchronous class, I assign the stories presented in the AP Daily videos to be read before watching the videos. Then students read the extension story and apply the skills. In person, a teacher could skip the video stories or just use the video stories.
This has some overlap with my original Unit 1-4 short story unit, but it has been redesigned and there are new things in here as well.
