Did I miss anything when I was absent? If you love that question as much as I do, this form is what you need! I print a stack of the Absentee Form and place it into a folder to be kept in the classroom. When there is an absent student, another student will fill this out and attach any papers that were handed out that day. Once the class has ended, the student puts the paper with everything that was missed back in the folder, so when the absent student comes back, they know EXACTLY what they missed. Such a time saver!
