Never stress about the work for absent students again!!!
When a student is out, they miss out on more than just work--they miss invaluable skills, discussion, and sometimes extra directions.
I made this form to help me as well as my students keep track of the work they missed in class. I simply fill it out and attach it to the work they missed. It's super simple to fill out using check boxes for the main types of assignments I give, but it also gives me space for any of those special instructions or details that came up in class or will help with the assignment. I will even put announcements in this section. Finally, there is a check box at the very top that if checked, the student must turn the form in with his/her work. This helps me keep track of grades as well as when his/her late work should have been turned in based on the school's absent work/grading policies.
