If your school uses accelerated learning or any other type of specialized instructional time, this is a great form for you to use to document the activities you did during that time, the standards covered, and if each student was present for the designated learning period that day. In my experience, we used AL for students who did not pass their state test, which is why I have it set up for multiple subjects.
