This document allows your students to reflect on their progress with the Accelerated Reader program during a nine weeks or at the end of a semester.
Your students will write down their point goal, points obtained to reach the goal, and their average percentage correct on quizzes taken throughout the semester or nine weeks.
The document requires students to recall reading strategies used in order to obtain success, and requires your students to think about what they can do more of or better on for the next semester or nine weeks.
