Use accountable talk more in the classroom by encouraging students to use key phrases! Use the the talk bubbles to remind students how to use accountable talk. Cut out the colored fish, and add a magnet to post them to your board or bulletin board. Fill up the Fish bowl with as many fish as you can in a class to acknowledge that students are using accountable talk! Invite students to move the fish when they hear another student using it! Create a class competition from this too!
