Description
This resource contains a letter in English and in Spanish to send home to explain to parents about the activity boards. The letters are editable so you can add the date and your name, or alter some of the wording if you would like. The activity boards are not editable at this moment.
This letter is intended to set the tone for the involvement you want to have at home in terms of students engaging with the Spanish language. The idea is that you will send a letter home with an Activity Board, after you’ve explained it to your students. You may want to say that they have a set amount of time (2 – 3 weeks) to complete 4 activities and bring the board back signed. At that point, they can get a new board. Once it is brought back then students can pick a prize from a prize box or whatever system you want to use. The idea is to motivate your students to want to engage in activities in Spanish at home to support their language development in school!
