I use this material in my Moderate/Severe Special Education Classroom. My students are older (18-22) and need basic educational materials that are age appropriate. That being said, this material should work for any student at any level.
How it works: Enter the name of the student in the first 'enter name' field and the entire month will populate with the name.
This packet includes worksheets that ask the student to provide or copy the following information:
• Day
• Month
• Date
• Year
• Name
What’s included?
2 sets of worksheets: 1 using a font of 60 for the name and 1 using a 36 font for the name.
Suggested uses:
• Laminate sheets for use with wet or dry erase markers
• Use as a group or individual activity
• Use the worksheets as file-folder activities
