Description

I use this material in my Moderate/Severe Special Education Classroom. My students are older (18-22) and need basic educational materials that are age appropriate. That being said, this material should work for any student at any level.

This packet includes 1 worksheet that asks the student to provide or copy the following information:

• Phone Number

What to do:

· Enter the name of the student in the 'Enter Name' field

· Enter the students phone number in one of the numeric fields to populate the worksheet.

Suggested uses:

• Laminate sheets for use with wet or dry erase markers

• Use as a group or individual activity

• Use the worksheets as file-folder activities
