Description

This set will provide your students with interactive practice with 2.NBT.B.7, ADDING up to 3-Digit Numbers to 1000 with and without regrouping using the STANDARD ALGORITHM.

I have created vocabulary anchor posters that highlight and visually define:

  • 2 Standard Algorithm
  • Place Value
  • 2 Regroup

There are 32 cards in this SET 11 all in a fun Camping theme:

  • 5 Anchor Posters
  • 10 Fill in the Blank - Using the algorithm
  • 5 Multiple Choice
  • 5 True or False
  • 5 Drag & Drop complete the algorithm 
  • 2 Solve the Puzzle - 9 3-Digit addition problems on each puzzle

Add and subtract within 1000, using concrete models or drawings and strategies based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between addition and subtraction; relate the strategy to a written method. Understand that in adding or subtracting three-digit numbers, one adds or subtracts hundreds and hundreds, tens and tens, ones and ones; and sometimes it is necessary to compose or decompose tens or hundreds.

Fast Play is always a free way for students to engage with Boom Cards decks. For additional assignment options you'll need a premium account.
