Description
"Line Them Up, Chuck" is a two and a half minute, karaoke style music video, that students can sing along with to help learn about adding and subtracting decimals. The main idea in the tune focuses on lining up the decimal points. This would make a good introduction to, or review of the concept.
The video integrates music, math, reading, and animation. You can use it as daily practice, part of a lesson, review of the steps, PE warmup, clean-up song, or just for fun.
The video can be played on an interactive whiteboard, computer monitor, iPod, iPad, etc.
The preview above is at a lower quality than the actual video due to size requirements.
Special note: Windows Media Player needs a free codec pack installed to play mp4 files. I highly recommend the free VLC media player.

THANKS
Entertaining AND informative - thanks!
I love this song! I am teaching the addition & subtraction of decimals now and have used this with my class. They LOVE it! If there are tough concepts I try to give them a hook and, "Line 'em up, Chuck" is working with decimals. It is a bit of an earworm and even I caught myself humming at lunch today. Thank you for your efforts.
Kiddos thought it was very entertaining!
