There are 3 versions of this activity included to help you differentiate and meet your students needs. You could assign based on ability level or assign all 3 to every student increasing in difficulty. Students solve adding and subtracting decimals problems, and as they answer they will solve the riddle.
Included in this resource:
-Version 1- 14 questions, add and subtract decimals without regrouping
-Version 2- 15 questions, add and subtract decimals with regrouping
-Version 3- 14 questions, add and subtract decimals with regrouping multiple times
