Check out these DIGITAL, SELF-GRADING math task cards on Google Forms and BOOM Learning to get your students practicing with adding areas and calculating the area of rectilinear figures! This resource includes access to BOTH a Google Form and a set of Boom Cards on Boom Learning. Each set includes the same 18 cards differentiated on 3 levels.
ā Level 1 - Find the total area of a rectangle or rectilinear figure by breaking the shape into 2 rectangles and adding the areas.
ā Level 2 - Compare the areas of 2 rectangles that have been broken into two parts; or given 2 rectangles with equal areas, find the missing length of the rectangle that has been broken into two parts.
ā Level 3 - Complete an equation to show the area of rectilinear figures that have been split into pieces.
Once downloaded, you will receive a PDF with directions for how to immediately access your own copies of the Google Form and Boom Cards.
