Description

Adding Decimals Task Cards – Set of 28

Each card features an addition problem involving decimals. Students are asked to find the sum. Most decimals go to the hundredths place. In the first 24 cards, the addition problems are structured vertically. The last 4 are horizontal requiring students to be able to line up the decimals on their own. Use these cards to help students practice their adding skills with decimals.

Task Cards can be used in a variety of ways. You can use them orally in small groups or whole class for discussion or daily practice. You can also use them individually at centers or stations and students can check their own answers. You can also use them in games such as “Scoot.” They can even be used for early finishers or morning work.
